How long in advance should I make an appointment?
Weekday slots: 1 day in advance.
Weekend slots: 1 week in advance.

Same-day/last minute slots are subjected to availability.
What should I prepare for my appointment?
For first time customers, please inform our groomers of any illnesses/injuries/aggression that your pet might have.

Please ensure your pet is free of fleas/ticks as this may affect other pets in the grooming area.
How often should I bring my pet for grooming?
It is recommended to bring your pet for grooming every 2-4 weeks for basic grooming and 4-6 weeks for full grooming.

Basic grooming includes: Nail clipping, ear cleaning/ear fur removal, under-paw & sanitary shave, anal gland expression, shower & blow dry.

Full grooming includes: Basic grooming + fur trimming/shave down.
What if my pet is aggressive?
Do inform us of any aggressive/unpredictable behavior for us to take necessary precaution during the session. In some cases, we may have to discontinue the service for overly aggressive pets to ensure the safety of your pet and our groomers.
