Grooming Requirements
Pets exhibiting aggressive behavior must be muzzled, or in rare cases, may be refused service if their aggression is deemed unmanageable.
Pets should be free of fungal infections and parasites, including, but not limited to, fleas, ticks, mites, and ringworm.
Pets must be up to date on vaccinations, including the full schedule for canine parvovirus, canine distemper virus, and canine adenovirus for dogs; feline parvovirus, feline calicivirus, and feline herpesvirus for cats; and RHDV1 and RHDV2 for rabbits.
Booking of Appointments
Customers are required to book appointments in advance—one week for weekday slots and two weeks for weekend slots. Last-minute or same-day appointments are subject to availability.
Touch Ups
Studio Fluff provides one complimentary touch-up service within seven days of the scheduled appointment for any areas where customers are not satisfied.
Grooming of Senior/Sensitive Pets
Please inform us of any medical conditions your pet may have. Grooming for senior or sensitive pets is undertaken at the owner's discretion. While we prioritize their health and safety, we are not liable for any pre-existing medical conditions, whether known or unknown to the owner or ourselves, or for any exacerbation of those conditions.
Severely Matted Pets
In cases of severely matted coats, there may be a rare occurrence of irritation or nicks during the shaving process. While we take great care during grooming, we are not liable for any issues that may arise from neglected coats.
Grooming Services Disclaimer
While we strive to meet customer expectations, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, especially with pets that may have special grooming needs.
Rejection of Services
Studio Fluff and its staff reserve the right to refuse service to customers and/or pets that do not comply with our Grooming Requirements, which may include, but are not limited to:
Overly aggressive pets
Severely infested pets
Customers who are verbally or physically abusive
Cancellation/Rescheduling of Appointment
We require a minimum of two days' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Additional fees will be incurred for any last-minute cancellations.

There is a 15-minute grace period for each appointment. Customers arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur additional charges.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure future bookings in the event of cancellations without prior notice.

We appreciate your understanding in dropping off and picking up your pets on time, as our grooming slots are scheduled back-to-back. Any delays can impact subsequent appointments. Pets must be picked up within one hour after services are completed, and additional charges will apply for late pickups.
Transport
Pick-up timing: 10AM to 12PM
Drop-off timing: 4PM to 8PM
Additional pet: +$10
Pickup/Dropoff before 10AM and after 8PM: +$15

There is a 10-minute grace period for transport pick-up and drop-off. If the owner is not reachable within 10 minutes of the driver's arrival, the appointment will be cancelled immediately.

Transport will arrive and drop off at the nearest pick-up/drop-off point. Driver will send a text prior to arrival. Please ensure your pet has a leash and harness or cage available.
Grooming Services Agreement
By booking an appointment with us, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined herein. Your acceptance of these terms is acknowledged at the time of booking.
